A referral network for Ashburn business owners
Potomac Promoters is a LeadShare group of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce. Twice a month, a room of local business owners meets to hand each other real, warm referrals and genuinely get to know the people they recommend.
How it works
We meet twice a month
2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 8:15–9:30 AM, over free breakfast at the Ashburn Volunteer Fire & Rescue station. Structured, friendly, and done before the workday gets going.
Everyone passes referrals
Members bring real introductions for one another, actual prospects rather than names off a list. We log them so the group can see what’s landing and who needs support.
We meet one-to-one
Between meetings, members sit down one-on-one to learn each other’s business. That’s how a referral becomes one we’d put our own name behind.
A broad mix of industries
The group spans real estate, banking, insurance, law, IT, moving, and local nonprofits, built so members complement each other instead of competing.
Who it’s for
Potomac Promoters is a fit if a good share of your business already comes from word of mouth, and you’d rather earn a customer through a trusted introduction than a cold ad. Our members are established local owners and operators who show up, give freely, and take good care of the people they’re sent.
Backed by the Loudoun Chamber
LeadShare is the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce’s referral-group program, and Potomac Promoters is one of those groups. Members plug into the wider Chamber network on top of the relationships they build in the room. The group is led by Carol Kearney of Momentum Realty.
See the group in action
The best way to understand Potomac Promoters is to sit in on a meeting. Come as a guest (free breakfast, no commitment) and meet the members for yourself.
